Problem Statement
Users faced challenges with the website's initial layout, particularly with spacing and formatting. They also had difficulty finding key features like services, appointment scheduling, and contact information.
Solution
Redesign the site to enhance functionality, spacing, and alignment, ensuring users can easily navigate and find care seamlessly.
The Design Process
Initial Research
For my initial research, I conducted a thorough analysis of the original website to pinpoint areas for improvement and design refinement.

Research Results
After evaluating the original website a drastic need for proper spacing, alignment, and a more user-friendly layout was needed.
Site Map
Before creating the wireframes for the redesign, I first made a site map to organize the menus and submenus. This strategic step helped guide my design process and ensure a user-friendly navigation experience.

Wireframes
After conducting a thorough assessment of the original website, I developed mid-fidelity wireframes for the new design that aligned with user needs. This resulted in a well-formatted and user-friendly platform.

Final Solution
After completing my research and wireframes, I progressed to the creation of high-fidelity final designs for the project. These new designs significantly improved the user experience, making it much easier for users to navigate the website and find the care they needed in a streamlined process.
